I have been working with Dr Winegarden for many years. When I first met him, I was in the hospital. I had many Psychiatrists before, and I was just getting worse. Dr. Winegarden did the most thorough intake I have ever had. I told him things about my pass that I wouldn't tell anyone. From then until now I have had my ups and downs, but he has never left my side. He makes me see things in ways that are healthy. I never feel judged or self-conscious when I talk with him. He is very professional along with being personable. He takes an interest in my life not just my mental disorders. I highly recommend Stone Creek Psychiatry! Before receiving psychiatry services with Dr. Winegarden at Stone Creek Psychiatry, I was receiving medication management with various primary care providers for over 5 years. The difference between consulting a psychiatrist and a primary care provider for psychotropic medication is like night and day. Very good place with great people-first mentality. Dr. Winegarden really helped me at one of the worst points in my life. He really does care about you and not some bottom line. If you need help, just ask and you'll get it.
