I brought my 7 year son here for a strep test. Dr. Alex Bloomquist was the best doctor I have ever had at an urgent care! The nurse was very nice. I highly recommend this urgent care.
I went to this clinic in the morning and immediately after checking in, was called by a nurse. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the doctor who I’ve seen that day, excellent. Dr. Colleen Shaeffel has a deep knowledge of both, conventional and alternative medicine; she is also very friendly and empathic. I would strongly recommend this clinic and Dr.Coleen.
I've been using this clinic for annual check up for years. Generally, the service is good and don't have to wait too long for the urgent care. However this clinic is too greedy....
(1) During pandemic, I had a virtual annual physical example was charged as office visit because we continued a prescription medicine which has been renewed every year.
(2) In 2024's annual physical exam, I was charged with an additional office visit and I still don't know why. We had the exactly same process as 2023. I talked to their headquarter and they removed it after reviewing. However, month later, a letter came back say they changed their review result and added it back on. I...read full review
