This company helped us with a slow leak behind the refrigerator water line that we didn’t even notice until the floor started warping slightly. The plumber moved the appliance carefully, repaired the connection, and checked nearby pipes just in case. Really appreciated how thorough the inspection was during the visit.
After researching plumbing companies near me, I decided to call Pattim Plumbing on a Monday to replace our leaking bathroom faucet. Honestly I wasn't expecting anyone to answer right away and definitely wasn't expecting to be able to have it fixed quickly. But Tim, the owner, answered on the first ring and scheduled the repair for the next day. (He could have done it the same day but we had to wait a day in order to notify other residents in our building that would be affected by shutting the water off.) I couldn't be happier with the results or the level of service I received all at a fair price. This is the company I will call whenever I have plumbing needs in the future.
