Very professional, courteous, informative and efficient. The team answered all my questions, addressed multiple options for contacts, gave the pros & cons, even addressed the importance of fluff of the marketing claims of the contacts, found great rebates and gave samples so I could try before I decided, and did not try to upsell. Appointment time was ahead of schedule and the team was laid back and very easy to speak with. Overall, great experience for timeliness, efficiency and personal touch.
First of all Jamie was amazing! She helped me on two different occasions when I had gotten my glasses elsewhere - and she told me about how great Dr Guy is, and convinced me to come back to Target Optical at this location to give them a try again. I had gone to a different location prior to this and was not thrilled with them. SO glad I did! Jamie and Dr Guy were both amazing and took care of all of my needs! I would highly recommend them!!
The whole process was excellent from start to finish. I went in for a vision exam and to try contact lenses -- something I had never tried before. Dr Guy was friendly and knowlegable, and put me at ease. I only needed one contact lens (I'm a cyclops?) and Dr Guy showed me how to put it in and remove it. I will go back for all my vision needs and maybe will just pop in to say "hey". Great place.
