I have been going here since I was a young kid and have always been pleased with the staff and services received. On my last visit, I was notified that there was a problem with some past billing to my insurance company. My insurance carrier had changed and the new carrier had wrongly denied coverage for the last service I had received. This made me very confused and upset. I am writing this to commend Cathy in the office who has been a long time employee there. She reached out to me right away and was able to resolve the situation immediately and to my satisfaction. Referral from my friends and my first appt today was hands down the most pleasant dentist experience of my life. Ask for Melissa! Seriously though it was the best. First the office was very clean and nice. My new insurance was weird and an issue but they called and figured it out while I was busy. And then Melissa hygienist was fun and funny and we were just laughing and smiling the entire time. Best scraping experience I’ve ever had and polishing took what seemed like 15 seconds. The best was flossing felt like pillows and the relationship the dentist had with the hygenists was so friendly and they were all genuinely laughing and having fun together. As a first time patient, my experience at Bluff Creek Dental was incredible. For a guy like me who has a fear of going to the dentist, the staff here are amazing and welcome you with open arms. My hygienist Melissa, is compassionate about her work and goes above and beyond. Her ability to connect with her clients does not go unnoticed and I could not have asked for a better experience at Bluff Creek Dental. I highly recommend anyone to come here if you want a positive experience!
