Wow I went on here and everyone had the same problems we did. Couples massage groupon. The said they only had one scheduled when we had explicitly said it was a couples massage. The guy wasn't very empathic or sorry about it either. My boyfriend took off work to go to this too. We scheduled it again but we're probably just going to refund the groupon. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We bought 2 couples massages on groupon and they kept canceling our appointments. Then they gave us a gift certificate for the same thing when our groupon was about to expire that they said will not expire. When we tried to reschedule they only had one person working there and could not do couples massages. Then I booked a single massage and one day before they called and changed the time on me. When I got there Rose said the certificate is expired. She basically said I was lying that we bought 2 groupons. Rose, the massage therapist, is probably the best I have ever had, but the customer service and the way the business is run will put them out of business in no time. The front desk person is extremely rude and doesn't know what she is doing. Their online scheduling does not function, they don't return phone calls to schedule. What a mess! Won't be going back!
