I wish I could give this company 100 stars. Last week, at 2:00 a.m., I woke up and discovered that our furnace stopped working. The temperatures were in the low single digits. It very was stressful. My husband went downstairs and found a sticker that had Patton Heating and Air's 24 hour number on it. We have owned this home for just a few years, so the sticker was from service done with the previous owners. At 2:00 a.m. Aaron took my husband's call and walked him through how to reset the furnace. Bought a new to us home last year and this is the first winter in our home. Have had some troubles with our boiler and they were able to get us on the schedule promptly. Scott came out and he was fantastic! He noticed concerns right away and was able to address a few same night, but is ordering parts for the rest. Highly recommend Patton Heating & Air! Professional, great pricing, and kind! Wouldn’t trust anyone else!
