Me and the crew are doing the underground irrigation systems in this lennar development! Gotta love it. We do alot of work for Lennar they keep us busy and one of the more organized contractors out there. They work with us and communicate so the jobs get done properly
Lennar have nice homes and beautiful communities. But the sales persons that I met there were not kind or sympathetic. They treated me as if I am loitering around. Finally, if buying home is all just about the building, I would recommend this community for sure.
Our CM Mitch and new home consultant Andrea were (and continue to be) great to work with. Our new house looks great. They addressed any concerns/issues that we had and helped us to resolve them quickly. We are happy with our decision to go with Lennar at Oak Tree.
