I had a furnace issue and called Brent's Heating. Mitch answered the phone on my first call and we discussed my options. I really appreciated his quick responses and his obvious genuine interest in getting my problem resolved. That kind of customer service is rare in today’s busy world.

From the start this was a great experience. Evaluating our needs and how we would get the most complete coverage to purchasing the system then the professional installation Brent’s Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job.
