Zach and Luke came today and installed our new iron filter, water softener, PS-5 Reverse Osmosis System along with a new hot water heater .I just want to say how happy I am with their work and professionalism !!! A very neat and clean install . He explained everything on the workings of the new products and what to expect . It’s great to see people who care about what they do !! I was in the trades for 45 years , so I know good ones when I see them !! Wow! Great service from Danyon of TM Johnson Bros! I needed the furnace checked at my parents' place in Cambridge. Danyon was fast, friendly, efficient, and funny. He explained everything to me in a way that made it super easy to understand. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend!
Alex performed scheduled preventative maintenance on my geothermal system to ensure that it was ready for the winter heating season. He identified a failing component, explained the issue, and replaced the component. As always, the work was friendly and professional. I happily renewed my annual maintenance contract.
