I give them a 5 star for the way the situation was handled, how friendly the ladies were and how clean everything in the shop wasThe issue wasHair was all different length had to stop back in and get it touched up. The ladies were very polite, friendly and took care of the problem without a charge. I will be going back and giving them another try again the ones that touched up the hair did a great job. The lady that did my hair the 1st go around was very polite and friendly. I don't know if it was a bad day for her or if she was sidetracked but she has cut it perfectly in the past. I will definitely be going back to them. Everyone makes a mistake now and then

I’ve meant to put this review in much earlier. My appointment was in the Cambridge location on March 25th. My stylist was Deanna. She was very professional about her job with each of the clients I seen her interact with. When my time came she listened and we discussed what I had wanted done. When we were done and I was checking it out,I asked if I could get the highlights a little lighter. With no fuss at all she went right to work on my hair again. She even stayed later than her regular time with no complaints at all. She was very personable, caring and listened to what her clients wanted. I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed.Services: Bang trim
