Getting the appointment set up was very easy, the people I spoke with were very friendly and nice and helpful. And once my jeep was being repaired everyone in the service department that I dealt with were very nice and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed
I am very picky about my vehicles (trim, options). After a very frustrating day of greedy, difficult dealers in the Twin Cities area, I arrived at Cambridge with low expectations and a cranky attitude. The truck I wanted to see here was a bit higher trimmed and more expensive than I budgeted for. David and his team were great and took care of me: when I found a few odd items on the vehicle (example: aftermarket windshield that rendered the HUD hard to use), they took the cost of fixing those issues off of the price tag. After some additional negotiation on top of those items, I ended up buying a beautiful truck from them. Turned a bad day into a great one. Thank you guys!
The owner John Hirsch is a very ethical businessman. Worked with Bill on a new Ram Longhorn. My wife decided that she wanted a new vehicle so Bill and John lined up multiple vehicles for her to test drive. She chose a new Tahoe Premier. They made the purchase and paperwork very easy. They went through all the items on the vehicles and showed us how they work. Was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go back when it's time to trade again.
