Introspect Mental Health

Introspect Mental Health provides individual, couples and family therapy. We treat anxiety disorders, depression, complex trauma, OCD, relationship conflict and provide substance abuse counseling. Our providers offer EMDR, CBT and DBT based interventions. We pride ourselves on being focused on the whole person, while also treating each person individually. Our therapists are marriage and family therapists and clinical social workers/ psychotherapists. Our practice focuses on collaboration among providers and being a small clinic our treatment is personalized.
