Id give 3.5 🌟 if I could.
I visited this salon because my usual place was booked, and I needed my nails done before the holiday weekend. It was quiet inside, but that meant I didn’t have to wait. My nail tech was very friendly, and we had some nice conversation. he even mentioned being the brother of the technician I usually go to, which was a fun surprise! The process was a little quicker than I expected, and there were a few small details that could have been polished up, like a few spots missed on the sides. I try to only write reviews when I have something positive to say. I called about an hour before to see if they had walk in time to fit two mani and petis, they said when will you be here i and said about 45 min to an hour and they said yes and hung up. We were pulling into the lot and we get a call saying we are late for our appt, which we didn’t know we had and then they hung up. We go in they tell us to pick a gel color, we told them we didn’t want gel and they asked why and we both work with our hands at work and it chips, and we go to often to get it on toes.
