I recently contacted ARC irrigation for repair work on our sprinkler system. I was impressed with their professionalism and prompt service.I left an after-hours message with ARC which they promptly returned the next morning. In spite of it being busy season, they were able to solve the issue the next morning.The ARC technician listened to my description of the issue, clearly explained the likely source of the problem and described how he was going to diagnose it.After finding the faulty part, he showed it to me, explained my options and efficiently made the repair. Chuck was a very friendly and professional personWe enjoyed his crew. They did excellent work and answered all our questions. Our yard was hydroseeded one month ago and we have beautiful grass.
