After a bad experience with a different contractor, we received a recommendation for Home Improvement Professionals from a family member. They were definitely priced better than others we quoted. We had many questions and Brandon was very transparent, honest and was not pushy. We ended up going with James Hardie cement siding. I knew that this was harder to install because every cut must be painted, nails must hit stud, and specific caulking procedures must be followed. Amazing experience! Kevin and the HIP team were amazing to work with. We had a new roof and a new windows/patio door installed. The gentlemen that came to do the work were so nice and respectful! I was able to talk to them about any concerns and they were enthusiastic to work with me and make sure I was happy with the results. Great communication, super friendly, and knowledgeable team! Will continue to use them in the future!
Adam, Ethan and the rest of the crew (so sorry, never caught their names) were amazing! They were here on time every morning, were quick, thorough and professional. They did a great job installing our new windows and I’m so happy with how they look. No more drafty, old windows!
