“Only reason for given a 5 star is because of Dr Hope she’s great. She shows that she cares and sits there and listens without putting things to the side or rushing to get you out of there. If I had to rate for other reason it would be 2 because they have a the tendency of lying and saying false things I never said on my portable. The also lie about supposedly calling me but they couldn’t get an answer. When I never even had a miss call. Beside that there is Dr Langevin not to happy with her at all she says she will send prescription to pharmacy she never sends it at all. I tried leaving her messages no response I had to make another appointment to get in and every time I had one she had to cancel and I needed to reschedule again which by the way is way out of date. To get to close to appointment date again just for her to cancel again. Literally did that cat and mouse chase for a good few months and decided I couldn’t did this with her anymore. Then she had my mom on depression meds then tells her to completely stop them knowing what can happen if you do. Takes her off says she sending in another prescription never sends it. Mom makes another appointment to see her says to give it a week to start new ones. Mom got really bad doing this. (Mentally) which is so wrong. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to see this dr“
