We love our new home! Annie and Bob at R3 Contracting were always available to answer questions and concerns - phone calls and emails were returned promptly. Every step in the process was explained to our satisfaction and in a way we could understand. We don't plan to build again but if we ever do, Wausau Homes will be our choice!

We had the best building experience with Wausau Homes Monticello! Although they have lots of floor plans to choose from, we did a totally custom build. From help with design details, specific build requests, seeing the excellent quality and communication with all contractors, it was a very enjoyable process. I have recommended Bob and Annie to my close friends and family, and would be happy to do the same for anyone. We just moved into our beautiful dream home a few months ago, and say confidently, that we would build with them again in a heartbeat! We have been very pleased with the design and build process with Wausau, and the local team of Annie and Bob. Quality level is high. Customer Service outstanding. So many floor plans to choose from on a well-constructed website. Looking forward to our house set day this Winter.
