We built our dream home with JPC in 2024 and the whole process from start to finish went so smoothly. Phil and John genuinely care about their customers. The subcontractors were all so friendly and happy to chat with us about what they were working on when we stopped by during the build process. We started our journey with JPC Custom Homes in 2018, and moved into our custom built home in Carver, MN in August 2019. From the initial design consultation to helping us find lots with open builder allowances, through construction, completion and warranty repair work, JPC Custom Homes (the Kothrade family and all their employees) have been a dream to work with.
