I had the Choose Happy Bouquet sent to my mom for her birthday, and It was a great experience. Though I ended up ordering over the phone with a very nice woman, the website was straightforward without the price gimmicks that other floral sites seem to have, and the end cost was comparable. The photos on the website showing the subtle differences between the bouquet sizes were great, and what my mom received compared to what I ordered was spot on. I expected my mom to be home the day I had them sent, and the delivery person promptly came back a second time after her she wasn’t.
I recently picked up some flowers for a family holiday celebration. The homeowner we were visiting recently built the home making this a great housewarming gift. The staff asked about budget and hopes for the arrangement. After articulating ideas for the flowers, Buffalo Floral put together an amazing arrangement on short notice. Their service is always extraordinary and the arrangement caught the eye of the homeowner and guests immediately. Our family prioritizes downtown businesses that give back to the community (sports activities, local high school scholarships, parade involvement) and make up the backbone of our community. I have used Buffalo Floral for several arrangements lately and they have all been wonderful. Janine has been great to work with from funeral flowers to a grand opening arrangement-thanks!
