Lots of loving for the dog. Good advice from workers. Only thing was they hooked my leash on wrong to collar and dog got loose as soon as we got to car. Lucky enough she came right back to me.

This is my first time to Bernicks bath house. It was also my puppies first nail cut and bath by a groomer. My Experience was very good and my puppy came out of the experience happy.

She was great with my 10 1/2 month old golden retriever! She did an excellent job bathing him, trimming, and clipping his nails! I would highly recommend your dog or puppy to come here!
