“Two staff members, Melody and Eileen, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist a resident and myself. They have no idea that their efforts made something very important and special occur. It warmed many hearts and brought tears of joy, and yet these two kind-hearted people remain unaware of the role they played or the happiness that was the result. And THAT is the point. They were just being their helpful selves. So, do I recommend Browns Valley Health Center? You bet I do! <3”
