Do to my own error our A/C unit went down. When calling around no one had the parts in stock except two places. D**** and Royalton Heating & Cooling. D**** said they had the ability to fix it but needed to send a tech to inspect. They could guarantee the work with a $5000+ fix. Royalton saved me a service call by asking the right questions on the phone the first time. Within 24 hours (on the doorstep of a holiday weekend no less) Royalton was out and fixed my system and saved us thousands over the competition by providing sound options.
