I had a wonderful experience! I thought I had booked my appointment at the Brooklyn Park location, but I hadn’t. They switched my appointment to their location and had me in within 10 minutes. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the nurses were phenomenal, and the doctor made me feel like a human being.

Wait times are ridiculous. Made an appointment and dont get called until almost an hour after the scheduled time. What's the sense in making an appointment if it's not upheld
