We chose Northbrook because it was conveniently located down the street from our house. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. The entire process from scheduling to check in to the appointment itself was easy and seamless. The staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I’m excited to have such a great vet nearby. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Northbrook is hands down the best vet I have ever been to! I have always been able to get an appointment for my dog to be seen and the scheduling process is super easy. Then every single person you meet from when you walk in until you leave is very friendly and helpful. My dog likes the people there, but doesn’t like the vet experience and they are super patient and kind with her. They always take time to answer any and all concerns I have, and always give me an explanation for what they are doing. This last time something came back as positive for my dog and they followed up multiple times to check on how she was doing. Best vet ever!

We had a last minute need to board our pets. So appreciative they were able to find some time to squeeze us in. The technicians and vets are friend, knowledgeable and I love the treatment they give our furry kids. We use them for dogs and a cat. Would definitely recommend to others.
