I’ve been seeing Dr Russ for my neck and back issues for what feels like forever! I’m that patient that only goes when it’s really bad so most times I’m a hot mess walking in that door. Dr Russ always fixes me , even tho I’m not that lucky person to get instant relief I always find it within a couple days! Dr Russ truly genuinely cares about my health and how I feel and I’ve never found anyone better. Also I just discovered the vagus nerve reset and when I tell you it absolutely makes my anxiety disappear, like MAGIC ! Started my healing journey with Dr. Russ, in August, 2024, after I herniated L4 vertebrae, and above disc and below disc's were bulging out. Could Not Walk! I throughly enjoyed the personality and professionalism of Dr Russ, and Annie! I have Avoided Surgery, from working with Inner Light Chiropractor services! And I highly recommend this establishment for all your aches, pains, adjustments and Chiropractor Needs! I've avoided surgery, and have mended up, the bulged ones, are back in place, and herniated one, fixed, with the expertise of Dr. Russ. You will Not, regret coming to this place! I'd give them 100+ Stars!

Inner Light has been amazing. Russ and Anna are great to work with and I always walk away feeling refreshed and ready for whatever life has in store.
I'd been dealing with a coccyx/sitting pain for years and had just been managing it. It got to the point where even an hour seated would start to cause some pretty severe discomfort. Which made 40+ hours at my desk weekly an absolute pain. I finally decided to do something about it.
