Every one is great here, most do a great job some do not listen to what you want in a cut and just cut the look they want to cut, one employee is really not a people person and does not care about customer service.Overall with right stylist great job is done here.

Stopped in for a quick haircut so I looked presentable for job hunting and the stylist was offering political views that I did not care to hear, it wasn't supposed to be a rally or some other political event.Maybe they should change the name to Politi-cuts.

I went for a “wash and blow dry” and the person assigned to me had no idea how to blow dry curly hair. They washed my hair, and then told me that they “did not have a diffuser”. Then they just put me under the hair dryer after just spraying me with hair spray. I think learning how to blow dry hair should be taught in beauty school in the first week. I left the salon looking worse than when I walked in. Please make sure your staff knows how to blow dry both straight and curly hair.
