I have worked primarily with Casie T. in the service department on my 2015 Chevy Trax. He has been the most thorough, patient, and helpful person I have worked with. I can't say enough good things about him—five stars for service. What I'm about to say next doesn't concern your service department. It concerns the Chevrolet brand. If I could give negative stars, I would. My Trax has been cared for and serviced regularly and it has been nothing but trouble for me from Day 1. I bought it used and have only had it for 2.5 years. We were from out of town. We called and they made room for our appointment to have a new battery installed. Zachary was our service contact and he was excellent...Great employee! Service was perfect and price was very fair. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
I had a great experience working with Alan. Brought my truck in for routine maintenance and it was discovered I had a leak. Alan got my truck in right away for service and arranged a car for me to drive while it was in the shop. Would definitely work with him again. Thanks Alan!
