I purchased a used car for my daughter that had a major undisclosed problem. A month later, it needed a whole new engine. Not only did WBA fix it quickly, they did it for $3500 less than the Ford dealership quoted me. I am very pleased with my service! I highly recommend West Brainerd Auto!
Awesome response on coldest day of year. I walked out of work to a car that wouldn't start. Tow truck was there in 10 min. Was informed battery was frozen. Driver advised me that I needed a new battery and I went to their shop and they installed one. Great professional service. I am telling everyone about this business. Thanks so much for helping me. All your staff are amazing.
My daughter, her boyfriend & my 5 year old grandson were headed back home to red wing after visiting me in Walker. They ended up stalled on the side of the road in Brainerd and I called West Brainerd Auto Service to get them a tow and check out their car to hopefully fix it. They were there in less than 10 minutes! (Thankfully being that it is the coldest day of the year). The car was toast.. and I called a ride service to pick them up and get them back home. The ride service was running late, about 15-20 minutes after their closing time! So I called the shop and told them what was going on.
