They treat little guy as good as the large vendors and they attain good technicians. The maintenance world can have its glitches, however if something comes up they will work with you.In an urgent situation they have enough help to pick up the phone and respond versus a one man show operation.

Blake and team were efficient and knowledgeable. Andrew was able to replace my water heater in just a few hours even though the task was quite steep due to our unique build of a house. Andrew was a nice friendly guy. 5/5 I'm calling Thelen first next time I have any problems.
