Eddie, the service representative, was very friendly and knowledgeable of our product he was working on. He was cautious to prevent any damage to the surrounding cabinets and floor by the dishwasher he worked on. We valued his advice and were very satisfied with the service call. I have used Schroeder's a few times since moving to the area in 2021 and haven't had any issues. Techs seem to be in good spirits and have been very knowledgeable and informative on the issues they find when diagnosing my appliances.
Previously had them out to fix a clothes dryer which was a pretty quick fix, while putting it back together they did end up breaking a different piece but they were upfront and told me right away and covered the cost of the new part and second install trip, came back out to install the part as soon as they received it.

Dustin is friendly, trusted, informative and skilled. Not only does he do a great job repairing what is necessary at the moment, he makes good recommendations for things to think about in the future in an understandable way.
