We hired Jess for a private yoga session at a cabin for a girls weekend and she was amazing! The class was perfect and tailored to our abilities. She was on time and brought extra mats and music. Highly recommend!

LAYA has been fabulous for me! Every time I go to Rob's Yoga as Therapy class, I come home feeling refreshed and sooo happy that I went. He really emphasizes to only "go to your edge" and never into pain. Perfectly said!

Yoga has helped me so much this past year to find the calm in the chaos of my world. It has provided me with a sense of peace as well as a new appreciation for my body and breathing. It has helped me build flexibility, strength and balance which have been crucial for dealing with chronic conditions and healing from my bilateral knee replacement.
