Wait as expected, smile, and customer service key to satisfaction! Online checkin said 20 minites, which was pretty close to the minute! Appreciate the text saying mynspot on the list was soon. Thank you, Drita, for the quick and professional shampoo, cut, and dry. Exactly what I asked for.
Marissa was our stylist; as many in the past years and Many different locations .This was the BEST of them! She understood what was being addressed and I have no haircut terminology!Great clips615 Washington StBrainerd, MN 56401United StatesTHANKYOU?? you definitely deserve to be recognized ?
I arrived fifteen minutes before my Brainerd Great Clips opened. Three other customers were waiting outside the door. We know how to beat the crowds. I don't mind early Saturdays because Sandy is usually ready for me when the doors open. She's been cutting my hair for years. Great haircuts at reasonable prices. Perfect for a busy author. The best part is that I get the cut I want, not a wild chop job. Thanks Sandy! See you in 2024!
