John has been suuuuuper helpful with our auto repairs, it's been quite the list of things to update on my son's car and some of them day-long endeavors and John was great at scheduling us in and being patient with us when we forgot! - It's been a process to get the Prius in tip-top shape - and we're in it till we win it! Thanks John!
