They make you feel super comfortable, keep you distracted while they are working, and even put out a step for me to get to the table because of mobility issues (they asked about mobility ahead of time). Though their front door didn't have an electric button so that was tricky opening with the walker. Being that it was a strip mall, I don't think they have the choice because none of the stores have them.“

“Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. The owner of the salon reached out within a couple of hours from my original review. She enquired about the circumstances around my complaint. She was so apologetic and has made and offer to make things right. It is really appreciated that she took the time to reach out and attempt to solve the issue. I will be giving the salon another chance.

Scheduled an appointment for kids hair braiding. 3 hours before my appointment it was changed to a whole other date and time. THEN I was message by the stylist about changing the date due to her schedule. Went back and forth but was left on red until I arrived for my original appointment and the salon was closed. Messaged the stylist.. she finally responded and said I could have someone else do it if they were available.... again the salon was closed. Tried to call the salon to leave a message and the box was full. So unprofessional! Thanks for disappointing my 7 year old on her birthday... TRASH“
