There was a group of employees just seemingly hanging out. I was getting annoyed because I had a question and they didn’t acknowledge me.I got the attention of an employee that seemed to be helping everyone. Her name is Natalie. Natalie was soooo helpful. She seemed to be the only one helping customers and she went above and beyond!!!!!! Running around the store to help people. Thanks Natalie!!

I came in here today to get some makeup. I needed help with matching a shade for my skin as I’m getting married this weekend. I cannot tell you how incredibly impressed I was with Natalie. She went above and beyond to help me with all the make up that I was looking for. Assisted me with foundation, concealer, eyelashes and lipstick. I told her that I love my Mac lipwear but it wasn’t staying on so she recommended and helped me find a color that was similar but would stay on without smearing. This Ulta location had friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable salespeople. The product inventory was not lacking and I found exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate helped me find the perfect sponge and made a recommendation based on my needs and informed me I can bring it back if I don’t love it.
