Kash made my experience soooo much better at ulta! She was absolutely amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me all of the products I was looking for and that fit with my face texture. Kash really went above and beyond and made the whole experience amazing!
I would like to say thank you to Natalie. On 3/07 I came in looking to help on buying products for a 8 year old girl. I asked her for some help, and what was on her list. Everything she suggested was awesome. I kept asking her are you sure this is enough. We'll after getting help and adding products to the sell. I liked everything she did. She was polite and helpful. When I was up at the register waiting in line. I was thinking on how i can say thank you. Then Natalie came up to the register to help. Well I ended up getting her to ring me up. I went in today for a deep conditioning, haircut and eye brow waxing with Izzy. I was very happy with the results! I have a LOT of hair, down to my waist with anxiety about cutting it off. I generally only get about an inch off per year. Izzy really listened to me about what I was comfortable losing and also about my concerns about my eyebrows where I am missing a portion of my eyebrow due to getting severely scratched in that area.
