However, a recent experience highlighted a concern with customer service. One patient reported an interaction where a staff member was perceived as rude and unhelpful regarding a question about clip-on sunglasses and a case, creating a frustrating encounter. Despite this, the patient plans to continue using the business for eyewear needs. Overall, the practice is appreciated for its professional medical care and quality optical products, even as experiences with individual staff members can vary.
I stopped in to get my eyeglasses adjusted as I was in the building for an appointment. Jill was who helped me out. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to listen to me and then fixed my frames. I will be back to purchase glasses in the future.
Total Eye Care Blaine is my go to place. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. But let me just say that Jill is the absolute best customer oriented human. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. Thank you so much for all that you do, Jill. I greatly appreciate you.
My family wants to say a big "Thank you!" to the office staff as well as Dr Eichler at the Blaine office. My brother and mom stopped in just before 5 pm on Wednesday, 11/20/24, following another appointment in the building. My mom's vision has dramatically worsened over the past few weeks, which is very concerning. Dr. Eichler and the rest of the team stayed late to examine my mom's eyes and give her a referral to see a retinologist. As a result, we were able to schedule an appointment with the retinologist just two days later. I'm sure everyone was eager to get home following a long day at work.
