Such a fantastic Florist business! Recently I reached out to Styled Stems to inquiry about several peace lily plants and ability to deliver. I called and spoke to Emma, who was friendly, courteous, and very helpful! I then exchanged a few emails with Leah who helped iron out the details. I live a few hours north, and she made the process so simple. She, too, was friendly, informative, and super prompt. She also made payment from afar incredibly simple. I could not have had a better experience with Styled Stems! Easy to manage website, reasonable pricing & fantastic customer service! They even sent a photo of the arrangements when they were done & and an email saying they were delivered! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Fantastic experience. Beautiful bouquet that looked even more beautiful than the picture. It was delivered with care, from a photo of the final arrangement, to a call to the recipient to organize suitable timing of delivery due to frost.
One small funny thing is that comic sans was used as the font on the card. Funny choice that some may feel take away from an otherwise very elegant arrangement. It's not an issue for me but might be for others.
10/10 will order again!
