I can only speak about customer service and zipper repair for an expensive ski & snowboarding jacket and a Nike hoodie. But based on those two factors alone, I highly recommend taking your tailoring, seamstress, alteration needs to Royal Alterations.
Lilian was fantastic. She gave me zipper options and explained how they would look aesthetically and function.
Despite it taking about a week and a half longer than initially expected, Lilian was quick to provide an updated completion day.

Super happy I went here to get my cushions done. I was slightly nervous at first because you have to pay up front but the owner was good on her word and delivered a product that far exceeded my expectations. The tailoring is spot on, thanks!

We brought my daughter's 2 pageant dresses, and Lilian did an exceptional dress on both! We couldn't possibly have been happier. Don't mind her face, she was being goofy for mom; she was beyond thrilled!!
