I called Ideal Air for a quote on our furnace and Brandon came out the next morning and I was impressed by how punctual, friendly, reliable, efficient, and professional he was! Our furnace was 21 years old and the AC was 24 years old. He stepped us through what we needed and why and answered all our questions and was transparent about price. Keegan and Pete had it all installed the next day! Mike came out and tweaked one thing and the whole time I felt confident that my furnace and AC were in good hands and they cleaned up ! Excellent HVAC service at a great price! I’m impressed by the quick response, great communications and promptness from the scheduler to the knowledgeable and friendly service technicians! They were out to help me within 2 hours on a furnace which stopped working on a very cold Minnesota winter day! They quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a quick replacement at a competitive price! Job well done by this family-owned company, who clearly cares about their customers!
