Crunch Fitness offers a comprehensive gym experience with great equipment, a welcoming environment, and helpful staff. Members appreciate the various options for post-workout recovery and personal training sessions. The gym has a busy schedule with many members visiting 5-6 times a week. The newly added sauna has been well-received, providing a relaxing space for members. The staff are friendly and approachable, making visitors feel comfortable, especially those with children who can be left in the care of a consistent caretaker. Overall, Crunch Fitness is a great choice for those serious about their fitness goals, with a competitive price and an environment that encourages a healthy lifestyle.
Went today and was horrified to see many people in the women’s sauna with socks and sneakers on. Very unhygienic and against standard sauna etiquette. The posted rules say “no street clothes” but the gym should post clearer signage to prevent people from wearing shoes in the sauna.
A good few steps above Planet Fitness at a competitive price. I love that there’s a sauna and pool. Staff are friendly and approachable.
My biggest complaint is how LOUD the music can get sometimes. I often cant hear my own music above theirs if I’m wearing earbuds. I ended up buying noice-canceling headphones specifically because of this, and sometimes it’s not enough.
Overall though, I’m very happy with my membership!
My overall experience at crunch has been great! I joined the gym after 6 years of not going and everytime I walk in the door I am welcomed with a smile and when I leave they say goodbye.
Most importantly when I bring my kids with me I feel comfortable leaving them with Janet. She is always so welcoming and makes sure to ask if our kids have any special instructions and knows them by name and seems excited to see them. Having someone consistently in childcare that know my kids has been a huge relief for a mom of 3 looking to stay healthy.
