It's a useful "in case of emergency" Vet to go to, however, they try to oversell you on many things. There was also some miscommunication that they fixed that almost charged me an extra $400 but they retracted that charge. It's expensive but a friendly place to go.
Not the greatest experience. We were old one price then was charged a completely different one. Also had to sit in a room for 2 hours just to find out the doctors looked at her BEFORE we ever went into the room. Doctor was nice though.
I have used this clinic a few times for both my dog and cat. They are always kind, gentle, and clear. They give me a heads up about costs before doing anything. I find they are usually a shorter wait time than the surrounding emergency vets. I appreciate that the waiting area has vending machines, coffee, and a kid activity station (coloring and word searches etc).
