Kayla did a wonderful job on a floral arrangement. Customer service was excellent and willingness to help comes only from small town shops.
I wanted to order flowers for my mom for her birthday and couldn't find a florist that would do this. I found Blackduck Floral and spoke with Kayla. She was more than happy to make up a bouquet and deliver them to my mom who lives about a half an hour away from the shop. I called Kayla on the Friday before Labor Day needing flowers for a funeral on Labor Day Monday in the Cities, thinking no way this can happen because its just to late notice. While Kayla went above and beyond found a florist in the cities that could get flowers there! Thank you Kayla
