We have needed the services at CareVet of West Central Minnesota in Benson many times and always receive high quality, compassionate, timely care for our animals. The staff is wonderful about providing education so we feel prepared to take care of our animals when we leave the clinic.
We especially appreciate when we are lucky enough to get Dr. Mackenzie Bartels. Mackenzie is extremely knowledgeable, dependable , compassionate and always willing to do what it takes to make sure the animal in need of care gets the highest quality care possible.
Nothing but great things to say about this Vet. I called earlier this morning frantic, not being able to find a vet in my area willing to see my dog. The staff were very kind and helpful with getting us seen within 2 hours of my call. I brought my golden retriever in, and she is such a nervous nelly, but even she had a great experience. All of the staff were incredibly efficient, got us back to an exam room quickly, and she was seen not long after. We were in and out in under an hour and incredibly impressed with our service. Everyone was so kind and gentle with my girl and She left there so happy compared to how she came in. The visit didn’t cost me an arm and a leg… read full review
We brought our senior dog there today having no idea what was wrong. Zoe ended up making the hardest decision. The dr and staff were so gentle with Elvis and made his passing easy on him and us. They made us feel safe leaving his body I. Their care. They met him and us once and were so good to us during the worst moment. Thank you all for the care and love you showed Elvis as he left us today.
