Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year (-50+). we had space heaters that kept us warm through the night. When we called Craig's in the morning they were here in a few hours (they were on another call and we were keeping warm with the space heaters). They were able to find the problem and fix it so we don't have to worry about tonight.
