The staff is knowledgeable and keeps up to date with trends. They also have a convenient notification system to remind clients of their appointments. Alice does color, haircuts, and deep conditioning protein treatments, making hair feel healthy and sleek. Candace is a hair color specialist and cuts hair, making it look beautiful and improved. Haley did a great job, taking her time and going above and beyond. Milk Shake product was amazing, making hair feel soft, shiny, and smell wonderful. The Hair Affair is a cute and trendy place with a relaxed, friendly environment.
I LOVE the hair color and cut I get here so I wait until I come to Bemidji in the summer to get it done. Haley does an excellent job, and I leave very happy with the results. She takes the time to listen, and offers her professional opinion on color/ cut—which I really appreciate. Her expertise and attention to detail are why I will keep coming back!

She listens to what I want, what has or more often has not worked, and finds a solution to give me a cut a love! I’ve tried a lot of different people over the years and it’s so nice to find someone who listens and knows how to cut naturally curly hair! Highly recommend!
They do a great job with men’s hair! Every time I have gone in I leave happy with my haircut. They have an app that makes it super easy to pick your hair stylist and see what times they have available. I recommend Haley if you are going to get a haircut!
