Race and Evans were the technicians replacing our system with a new system. They arrived on time and completed the work to our satisfaction. They walked us through the new system and we felt comfortable with the instructions. Time will tell.

We inherited a Per Mar security system when we moved into our new home 6 months ago. We finally got around to calling to get it set up a few weeks ago. Very friendly people. Told us it was a system they no longer serviced (worked for the previous owners 6 months prior but whatever). They sent a sales rep out to take a look and see what we needed. Denelle was awesome. She knew the previous owner and knew how it was set up and squared us away. A week later an installation tech was dispatched with our new system. Evan N. was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and great to talk to. He couldn't get everything set up the first day because I had 2 out buildings...read full review
