We had an ailing furnace system. When the blower fan finally gave out ($1200 part + labor) we reached out to several local HVAC companies for quotes to replace the system. Of all of them, Naylor was the quickest to get out to provide a quote. They were fair in their pricing. They showed up and did the complete remove/replace in a day. No surprises in the final bill. They got us the necessary paperwork to get a rebate through our electric company. It was all money well spent.

I called Naylor and talked to Jason about some warranty work. Naylor sent out Reese quickly and he found that it was an electrical company issue. Thanks for all your help and now I am going to have A/C for the Summer hot days (hopefully hot).

Garrett, I think that's his name, is professional, thorough, kind, and very helpful. He was just here to do the annual maintenance on my furnace. He showed me how I can clean the air exchanger myself, as it should be done more than once a year. I'm always pleased with Naylor.
