“Bemidjis hidden gem! Amy was amazing, I got a swedish massage with hot stones. She worked out knots I had in my shoulders for years, and really focuses on your muscle layout. I suffer from chronic migraines and this helped so much built up tension. The facility is clean, relaxing and super welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here; as you leave they go above and beyond by offering you water and special candy. 🍬 I will be coming back bi-weekly!! Thanks Amy!! 😊“
