Gregg’s was so incredibly helpful! I had new countertops installed and through some miscommunications I confused/messed up some work orders. Gregg’s sent a technician out to me the same afternoon to reconnect my sink so that I could have water in the kitchen two days sooner than anticipated! Not once did they make me feel badly for all of my mess ups! Thank you, Mike and Mindy!

Mike and his partner were polite, explained everything clearly and were very fast and efficient at their job. They installed a new water softener and a new shut off valve before the water filter all in less than an hour. Very impressive!
